Greca Restaurant is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Brisbane City, QLD. They will be responsible for the following duties:
n
n
- Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
n
- Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of new dishes.
n
- Train junior team members to the Greca standard
n
- Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
n
n
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
n
n
- 1 years minimum experience required and experience
n
- Minimum qualification Trade Certificate IV or Diploma
n
- Experience in Greek cuisine a plus not essential
n
n
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus 12% super
