Senior Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical Industry

Our clientis expanding its recently acquired businessand is seeking an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to support a major growth and operational transformation program.

With established locations in Australia, this business isentering its next phase of growth with the launch of new locations and operational centres.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across business and operational stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of multiple initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation and hypercare.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead business requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
n
- Document current and future state processes
n
- Develop detailed process maps and business documentation
n
- Support test planning, test execution and defect management
n
- Coordinate business readiness activities
n
- Drive transition to business-as-usual operations
n
- Provide post-implementation support and hypercare
n
- Work closely with retail, pharmacy, operations and distribution stakeholders
n

What We Are Looking Fornn
- 15+ years of Business Analysis experience
n
- Proven experience delivering complex business transformation initiatives
n
- Pharmacy industry experience is essential or a highly complex environment where you would have a robust understanding of medical terms and legislation.
n
- Experience working across retail, supply chain or distribution environments
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
n
- Experience managing testing and implementation activities
n
- Ideally has experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or business integrations
n
- Adaptable, pragmatic and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
n
- Available to commence within the next four weeks
n
