What You'll Be Doing

n

- Lead the development and co‐design of accredited training products
n
- Apply national VET frameworks including TPOF, AQF and ACSF
n
- Ensure alignment with Qualifications Reform and quality design principles
n
- Develop Companion Volume Implementation Guides (CVIGs) and educator support materials
n
- Provide technical advice to external writers and contractors
n
- Engage RTOs, educators and industry stakeholders through consultation and validation
n
- Contribute to training package scoping, rationalisation and quality assurance
n
- Coordinate compliance checks and ensure consistency across products
n

- Experience in ICT, Finance (FNS) or Business (BSB) training packages
n
- Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot or GenAI tools

- Experience working on government‐funded programs

- Experience supporting under‐represented cohorts
