About the Role

n

As a Pharmacist, you'll work alongside a highly experienced team to ensure patients receive safe, timely and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing exceptional patient care both in person and over the phone
n




- Dispensing and checking medicinal cannabis prescriptions with accuracy
n
- Verifying prescriptions in accordance with TGA, SAS-B, Authorised Prescriber and relevant State legislation
n
- Supporting the safe management of Schedule 8 medicines and pharmacy inventory
n
- Building strong relationships with prescribing clinicians and partner telehealth providers
n
- Assisting with dispensing workflows, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Working collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians and the broader healthcare team
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
n
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
n
- Solid clinical knowledge and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n

n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience in medicinal cannabis or a willingness to learn
n
- Previous community or clinical pharmacy experience
n
- Availability to work weekends
n
- Able to work open and closing shifts
n

n
