We specialize in high-end kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovations, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and fast turnaround times. Our work also includes major renovations such as full house remodels, house lifts, and decks.

About the role

n

We are seeking aQualified Plasterer to join our team.

n

To be a successful candidate, you are required to be competent in the following tasks:

n

Sheeting walls and ceilingswith villa board, plasterboard.

n

Installation of standard and decorative cornices.

n

Setting and sanding walls and ceilings.

n

Square set external corners, bulkheads and ceilings.

n

Installing steel track wall and ceiling frames.

n

Basic timber framing (if required).

n

Skills and Experience

n

Must have a Construction White Card, Drivers License, tools, PPE, Utility with racks or vehicle capable of carrying materials when required.

n

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

n

Motivated,



reliable, punctual, trustworthy and honest.

n

Work both autonomously and/or with other members of HMD Building.

n

Excellent presentation.

n

Ability to problem solve and think critically.

n

Experience in minor renovations, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and major renovations would be highly regarded.

n

Strong focus on quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

n

Manual dexterity and physical strength to undertake daily tasks as necessary.

n

Sound understanding of math.

n

Ability to complete material take offs for orders (if required).

n

Full time position including superannuation, annual leave and personal leave.
