About the Role

n

We are seeking a bright, "switched on," and genuinely compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our expanding team. This is a highly rewarding, fast-paced crossover position offering approx. 25 hours per week across 4 fixed shifts between Monday and Friday. It beautifully bridges front-desk hospitality, technical clinic flow, and creative social media marketing.

This role is ideal for a health conscious individual who is a genuine advocate for chiropractic care, values their own health, and loves connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

n

Your energetic schedule will encompass three primary areas of focus:

n

- Front Desk & Administration: Warmly greeting and checking in patients, directing patient flowseamlessly, managing complex schedules,



managing telephone enquiries, processing billing, andmaintaining meticulous digital records.

- Technical Clinical Support: Working directly alongside the Chiropractor during patient visits, keepingtreatment rooms spotless, sanitized, and well-stocked, and helping patients feel at ease.
n
- Social Media & Marketing: Taking creative ownership of our internal and external marketing content,particularly driving brand engagement across our social channels to spread the message of health and wellness.

Essential Requirements

n

- Enthusiastic personality with supreme interpersonal and communication skills.
n
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail within a bustling practice environment.
n
- Highly professional visual presentation and a natural ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
- Superior organizational skills and a demonstrated capacity to learn new digital procedures quickly.
n
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare administration is essential.
n
- Comfort with technology (experience with PracticeHub or specific clinic management software is highly regarded but not mandatory).
n

Important Scheduling Note: Some (1 -2 of each) early morning starts (from 6.30am) and/or late evening finishes (approx. 6:30pm).
