We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivatedAssistant StoreManagerto join ourNorth Lakes Storein aPermanent Full Time position.

n

The North Lakes opening hours are Monday to Friday (NO nights)

n

As the Assistant Store Manager you will:

n

Customer service and processing sales

n

Tinting and mixing of paint

n

Working with the team to achieve store targets

n

Being customer focused by providing an exceptional customer service

n

You will also perform regular stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking and storing or inward goods

n

Using Pallet jacks , walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling

n

Support Store Manager with admin related tasks and other dutiesas required

n





In order to be considered you will have:

n

3-5 years previous retail experience

n

Looking for the chance to move into a leadership role- Training provided

n

Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals

n

Robust interpersonal and communication skills

n

Sound computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

n

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach

n

Great time management and the ability to prioritize and multi-task

n

We are looking for a team player looking to develop their retail career into a leadership role in a company that offers development and growth to its employees. Knowledge of the paint industry couldn't hurt either, however,being comfortable with manual handling and working in a trade environment is a must.
