Sanctuary Lakes Resort is seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Resort Service Officer / Security Patrol Officer to join our team.

This is a unique role combining security patrols, alarm response, CCTV monitoring and resident support within a premium residential community. If you enjoy working independently, have strong observation skills and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities
n
Conduct mobile patrols across the estate and observe/report suspicious behaviour, incidents and vandalism
n
Respond to home, building, duress and smoke alarms within required timeframes
n
Monitor CCTV and complete accurate incident reports
n
Assist residents with minor alarm troubleshooting where required
n
Follow site procedures,
KPIs and reporting requirements at all times
n
About you
n
Professional, reliable and confident working independently
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
n
Comfortable using technology and reporting systems
n
Current Victorian Security Licence
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
n
Traffic Management preferred
n
Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends/public holidays if required
