Site Manager - Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment

Deliver high-quality projects valued between $1M–$5M, working within an established, high‐performing team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Run day-to-day site operations & program delivery
n
- Lead subcontractors and drive quality workmanship
n
- Maintain WHS&E; + QA compliance and reporting
n
- Coordinate services trades (electrical, mechanical, fire, etc.)
n
- Build robust client & consultant relationships on site
n

n

About You

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in Site Management for a commercial builder or F&R; builder
n
- Strong leadership & communication on site
n
- Trade background or Relevant Construction Degree
n
- Procore / OneBreadcrumb / Hammertech or similar software experience
n
- Experience on projects $1M+
n
