We are seeking passionate Casual on call Student Supervisors to join our team at Ace Buses in the South Brisbane Area, QLD. As a Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely transporting special needs students to and from school each day, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey.

n

This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as needed to suit your schedule. The role is a maximum of 20-25 hours a week and split shifts. What you'll be doing:

- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey
n
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
n
- Adhering to the Code of Conduct for Child Safety
n
- Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle
n
- Providing excellent customer service to students and their families
n
- Communicating effectively with the office, Driver, students,



school administration and parents as needed
n

What we're looking for:

- Must have or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Card) QLD
n
- Must be over the age of 18
n

- Ability to use company technology
n
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well with children
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- A versatile schedule to accommodate the needs of our school routes
