The role

n

This is a hands-on, all-rounder Admin, PA, and digital marketing role for someone who loves social media, problem-solving,



talking to people, and being the team go-to. This role is for a fast-moving, fast-thinking, enthusiastic human who excels at getting things done and figuring out tricky things for others.

What you'll do

n

n
- Build social media content for posts and paid ads - have an eye for epic ad visuals, posts, reels & videos and find joy in creating them
n
- Support internal team with admin & onboarding
n
- Assist managers with recent ideas for fixing admin, PA moments
n
- Open the office with an eye for detail to ensure it's the kind of environment that makes everyone smile daily
n
- Customer service champion, being able to listen and direct calls & tasks quickly and professionally. You will be the first POC on the squad for all new + exisisting clients
n
- Work alongside the squad on strategy and creative, assisting in building static and video content
n
- Instagram and website photo & video shoots (we will train you)
