We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Credit Analyst to join our growing Credit team in Bundoora.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assess consumer loan applications in line with responsible lending obligations and company policies
n
- Analyse customer financial information, affordability and creditworthiness
n
- Gather and review supporting documentation to ensure accurate loan assessments
n
- Prepare loan proposals, contracts and settlement documentation
n
- Liaise with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders throughout the application process
n
- Manage approval conditions and ensure compliance requirements are met
n
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer enquiries efficiently
n
- Maintain accurate records and database management
n
- Contribute to achieving team service and performance objectives
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Previous experience in lending,



credit assessment, banking, finance or customer service
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes
n
- Understanding of responsible lending principles (preferred)
n
- Certificate IV in Credit Management, Financial Services or willingness to obtain (advantageous)
n
