About The Role

As a Multi‐Site Store Manager, you'll oversee both venues, supporting and inspiring your teams to perform at their best. You'll bring structure, consistency, and energy to both stores—while nurturing a strong sense of community and good vibes that Yo‐Chi is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver and uphold outstanding guest experiences across both venues.
n
- Develop venue leaders and teams, empowering them to perform at their best.
n
- Ensure excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation.
n
- Oversee labour, COGS, and P&L; across both venues to deliver strong commercial results.
n
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering high‐performing and positive teams.
n
- Build local connections and drive engagement through events and partnerships.
n

Who We're Looking For

- An experienced multi‐site or senior store manager in hospitality or retail.
n
- Confident managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets, P&L;).
n
- Skilled at coaching and developing leaders and teams.
n
- Energetic, resilient, and motivated to grow with Yo‐Chi.
