Job Description

As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivatedLeading Hand Service Crew to join the team on a full-time basis, working a 7/7 or 14/14 FIFO roster.These roles are integral to delivering safe,productiveand efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.

Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

n

n
- Lead and supervise the underground service crew during day-to-day operations
n
- Ensure all work is carried outin accordance withsafety procedures, permits, andminestandards
n
- Allocate tasks,monitorwork quality, andprovideon-the-job guidance and mentoring
n
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and hazard identification in work areas
n
- Liaise with supervisors, maintenance, and production teams to meet operational priorities
n
- Monitor equipment condition and report defects, incidents, or delays
n

Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure compliance with site policies and procedure.

Our Ideal Candidate Background Includes

- Previousexperience working on a Service Crewin a mining environmentpreferably as a Leading Hand
n
- CurrentWorking atHeights ticket
n
- Good communications skills with the ability to liaise with a wide group of stakeholders
n
- Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards
n
- Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
