The Role

n

n
- Working alongside a partner in a collaborative environment
n
- Leading and managing a tax compliance team
n
- Drive performance to meet compliance deadlines and operational targets
n
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
n
- Review and oversee financial statements and tax compliance
n
- Identify and advise on Div 7A, CGT, GST & FBT matters
n
- Mentor, train and develop team members
n
- Work on juicy advisory services
n

Ideally, you'll be;

n

n
- A CA/CPA Qualified experienced Business Services Manager with 1 – 2 years' experience managing a team
n
- Great at building and maintain client relationships
n
- Excellent at planning and time management
n
- A confident communicator with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment
n
- A passionate mentor and role model for upcoming accountants
n
- Passionate about helping Australian Businesses FLOURISH!
