The Opportunity

This is a diverse and fast-pacedfull-timepermanent role on an 8 on / 6 off roster, FIFO from Brisbane, DIDO and Localcandidatesare encouraged to apply.BasedpredominantlyinOrange, NSW,you'llwork closely with teams acrossfleet operations, fleet maintenance, supervision, and civil operations.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop and manage documentation for all maintenance tasks & procedures.
n
- Assist in the development and management of equipment service sheets.
n
- Support and develop the maintenance reporting capabilities in particular fleet KPIs.
n
- Act as the focal point for the review, management and development of condition monitoring process to ensure it delivers the company appropriate value.
n
- Develop and expand the use of AMT,
MEX and other Maintenance Systems within the business to support the reliability function.
n
- Provide sites with reliability engineering to drive defect elimination.
n
- Assist with building equipment models based on whole of life costings to deliver accurate & competitive plant rates.
n
- Continually review systems & process to create efficiencies.
n
- Further develop maintenance systems to allow asset whole of life modelling & budgeting.
n
- Create project budgets for major equipment acquisitions & overhauls.
n
- Develop plant reporting in line with company & project requirements & ensure reporting is supplied in the appropriate timeframe.

Essential Skills and Attributes
n
n
- Tertiary qualification – Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
n
- Maintenance Management Diploma
n
- Current Drivers Licence
n
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
n
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
n
- High level computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Office and ERP systems.
n
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
n
n
