Implementation Capability Lead

This isn't a traditional Implementation Manager role.

n

We are looking for someone who wants to build and mature an implementation capability—not simply inherit a team and keep delivery running.

n

As the Implementation Capability Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping how the Professional Services function evolves. You'll lead a team of Implementation Consultants while driving the capability, governance and operational maturity that enable consistent, scalable customer delivery.

n

You'll partner closely with Delivery Managers and senior leadership to strengthen delivery capability, develop future leaders and create the operating rhythms that support a growing SaaS business.

What you'll be doing

n

You'll:

n

n
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Implementation Consultants, building a high‐performing and accountable culture.
n
- Improve delivery capability through better governance, standards, knowledge sharing and repeatable ways of working.
n
- Design and embed scalable delivery practices that improve consistency, quality and predictability across customer implementations.
n
- Drive workforce planning, utilisation and resource coordination across multiple customer engagements.
n
- Partner with Delivery Managers to improve delivery performance, planning and commercial outcomes.
n
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including AI adoption, operational efficiencies and delivery maturity.
n
- Help shape the future direction of the Implementation function as the business continues to grow.

What we're looking for

n

We're looking for an experienced delivery leader who has progressed from implementation or consulting into broader capability leadership.

n

You'll likely bring experience from:

n

n
- Professional Services or consulting organisations.
n
- SaaS implementation or customer delivery environments.
n




- Technology or digital transformation businesses.
n
- Or another environment where you've successfully built delivery capability and led organisational change.
n

n

You'll have demonstrated experience:

n

n
- Leading implementation, consulting or delivery teams.
n
- Building and improving delivery capability—not simply managing an existing function.
n
- Introducing governance, operating models, delivery frameworks or repeatable ways of working.
n
- Developing leaders and coaching high‐performing consulting or technical teams.
n
- Driving workforce planning, utilisation, delivery quality and operational performance.
n
- Influencing senior stakeholders and leading change across growing organisations.
n

This isn't a heavily hands‐on technical role, but you'll have enough implementation or Professional Services experience to build credibility with delivery teams and understand the realities of complex customer implementations.
