Detailed Final Trim Excavator Operators - Immediate Start

Attcall Civil is an established civil construction and haulage company known for delivering high-quality work across a wide range of projects. We are currently seeking experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators to join our Civil team.

You will be operating excavators and working closely with supervisors, engineers, and site crews to achieve accurate levels, slopes, and finishes.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Operating excavators for final trim and detailed earthworks
n
- Working to laser levels, GPS, and project specifications
n
- Trenching, batter work, benching, bulk earthworks, and detailed excavation
n
- Backfilling, shaping, and preparing subgrades and final surfaces
n
- Assisting civil crews when required
n




- Completing daily pre-starts and maintaining compliance with all safety procedures
n
- Ensuring plant is operated safely, efficiently, and professionally
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Proven experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator
n
- Current ABN if coming onboard as subbie
n
- White Card and cCurrent SOA & VOC for Excavator
n
- Experience with GPS (Topcon/Trimble)
n
- Strong understanding of civil construction environments
n
- Ability to read plans, understand levels, and work to tolerances
n
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a team
n
- Willingness to work across NSW region
n
