Registered Child Psychologist (Full or Part Time, min. 3 days)

n





This role is ideal for someone who wants clinical autonomy with solid support. You'll work with a caseload of your preferred presentations, with the option to explore specialist interest areas. Mind Up requires a psychologist who is able to see clients from a variety of age groups, including children (5yr+), adolescents (13yr+) and adults (18yr+).

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on your areas of interest)
n
- Develop tailored treatment and assessment plans
n
- Participate in regular supervision and internal PD
n
- Facilitate Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy (VRET) sessions as part of our Phobia Treatment Program
n
- Optional: Deliver workshops, talks, group programs in areas of interest to support the community and develop your career
n
- Engage actively in team culture, collaboration and knowledge-sharing
n

n

Who You Are

n

n
- A registered psychologist (general or clinical)
n
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping people thrive
n
- A self-starter who values both independence and team connection
n
- Emotionally intelligent, ethical, and professional
n
- Experience working with trauma and/or phobias is ideal but not required
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree (Honours) or Master's in Psychology
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number
n
- Working With Children Check (Employee)
n
- National Police Check (employment)
n
- Solid understanding of evidence-based practice, ethics, and regulatory standards
n
