We're on the lookout for an experienced, driven, and energetic Studio Manager to lead the team at BFT Geelong.

We're on the lookout for an experienced, driven, and energetic Studio Manager to lead the team at BFT Geelong. In this role, you'll be the face of our studio, inspiring our community, driving member growth, and ensuring every member has an exceptional training experience.
n This is a hands-on leadership role, split between leading sessions on the floor and managing the day-to-day operations behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our owners and the management team across our three Geelong studios to deliver on our growth, retention, and profitability goals.

What you'll be doing

n

Leading, inspiring, and mentoring our training team to deliver safe, effective, and motivating group training sessions

n

Building strong relationships with members to maximise retention and community engagement

n

Driving new member growth through recruitment initiatives and local engagement

n





Managing studio operations, administration, and performance targets

n

Ensuring the BFT experience is consistent, energised, and world-class

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience in managing and leading teams

n

Previous group training experience (group training preferred)

n

Robust ability to build and sustain a loyal client base

n

Cert III & IV in Fitness (or higher)

n

A people-focused, high-energy personality with a passion for health and fitness

n
