A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and qualified vet nurse to work at a sought-after practice on Brisbane's northside.

This is an independently owned, well-established practice with a low staff turnover and great culture.

This is a full-time role however, there may be the possibility of part-time hours for the right applicant. There is no Sunday work or after-hours required.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

n

- – Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with prior paid employment
n
- – Outstanding customer service skills and excellent phone manner
n
- – The ability to problem solve and prioritise work
n
- – The ability to work in a busy environment as part of a team and independently
n
- – Be reliable, flexible, punctual, polite and well-presented at all times
n




- – This position will cover all aspects of veterinary nursing, so reception and surgical nursing skills and experience are essential.

The successful applicant will work out of a beautiful recent hospital that won an architecture award. It is a purpose-built facility with a dedicated surgery suite, radiography, laboratory area, patient wards, access to ultrasonography as well as parking on site. You will be working within a friendly, multi-vet team. There is excellent support from emergency and specialist practices that are nearby.

The practice is located in an excellent suburb of Northside Brisbane with close proximity to the CBD, shopping centres and great schools.
