We're Hiring For Our Appointment Setter Team

RESINC Solar is growing, and so are our customer teams.

We're looking for experienced call centre professionals to join our Newstead Head Office.

n

We want people who know how to manage conversations, build rapport quickly, keep customers engaged, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

n

If you have worked in contact centres, scheduling, customer care, insurance, energy, finance, retention, inbound/outbound sales support, or appointment setting, we want to hear from you.

The Role

n

Appointments Setter

n

Become part of the team supporting customers throughout their journey with RESINC.

n

You may be involved in:

n

n
- Making outbound calls to warm and qualified leads
n
- Having engaging, high-quality conversations with customers
n
- Booking appointments for our solar consultants
n
- Accurately updating notes and outcomes in Zoho CRM
n




- Working towards daily and weekly KPIs in a supportive team environment
n

n
