Located in the heart of Brisbane, they're currently seeking a self-motivatedand experienced SeniorSourcing Specialist to join the Contracts and Procurement team.

About the Role
n As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs, and driving cost-effective, risk-mitigated sourcing outcomes.

n

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop procurement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver commercial value.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to deliver effective sourcing strategies.
n
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
n
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and quality requirements.
n
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
n
- Support contract owners in managing supplier performance, escalations, and variations.
n
- Align procurement strategies with corporate social responsibility commitments, including local, regional,



Indigenous, and ethical sourcing initiatives.
n

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you will have:

n

n
- 5-7 years experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management
n
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
n
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Mining environments
n
- Strong understanding of professional indemnities, specifications, liabilities and insurances
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
n
- Project-based experience
n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
