About the Role

We are seeking for an Allocations & Rostering Consultant to join our team.
n
You'll manage and optimize our roster of Support Workers, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently even outside standard business hours.
n

Key Responsibilities
n

- Coordinate and manage shift allocations for our pool of candidates
n
- Liaise with clients, families, and workers to confirm shifts and resolve last-minute changes or cancellations
n
- Build strong rapport with both clients and staff through clear,
professional communication
n
- Maintain accurate rosters and worker availability in line with the company's employment policy
n
- Respond to urgent staffing requests and ensure continuity of care during after-hours and weekend periods.
n
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency of support services.
n

What we're looking for

- Experience in rostering, allocations, or scheduling.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
n
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-moving environment
n
- Confident problem-solver with a calm, professional approach under pressure

- Tech savvy with experience using rostering/scheduling software
