Role Summary

n

Provide EDE delivery services to mission‐critical enterprise customers, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across Microsoft Azure environments.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver Azure Infrastructure & IaaS solutions for mission‐critical workloads
n
- Design and manage Azure Network Services and platform reliability architecture
n
- Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
n
- Drive Azure Mission‐Critical platform design and optimization
n
- Configure and manage Azure Monitor, health models, and observability solutions
n
- Apply Chaos Engineering principles to improve resilience
n
- Engage stakeholders, lead technical discussions,



and manage complex customer environments
n
- Provide reporting, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 10–15 years of hands‐on Microsoft technology experience
n
- Solid expertise in Azure Infrastructure (IaaS), networking, and monitoring
n
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering & mission‐critical platform delivery
n
- Demonstrated success in customer‐facing technical roles.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
n
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
