Keema Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to become a key leader within our Springwood Service Department.

n

This is more than a front counter role. You'll work closely with the Service Manager to help lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive the daily success of one of our flagship dealerships.

n

What you'll be doing

n

As an integral part of our leadership team, you will:

n

n
- Deliver exceptional customer service from booking through to vehicle handover.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing honest advice and clear communication.
n
- Prepare repair orders, quotations and service recommendations.
n
- Assist in coordinating workshop workflow to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
n
- Support technicians and parts staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
n
- Assist the Service Manager with daily operations, coaching and process improvement.
n
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve retention.
n
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
n

What we're looking for

n

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people as much as you enjoy the automotive industry.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or similar leadership role.
n




- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
n
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
n
- Sound computer skills and experience using dealership management systems.
n
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n

Leadership experience is highly regarded; however, we also encourage experienced Service Advisors ready for the next step in their career to apply.
