Team Leader Level Storeman - Inbound | Day Shift | Arundel | $40+ per Hour

We're currently seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a robust inbound warehousing background to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Arundel.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who can lead by example, coordinate inbound operations, and ensure stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations
n
- Supervise and support warehouse staff
n
- Receive, inspect and process incoming stock
n
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock allocation
n




- Liaise with transport providers and internal departments
n
- Maintain warehouse safety and operational efficiency
n
- Assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when required
n
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Storeman role
n
- Strong inbound warehouse experience in a busy environment
n
- Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge
n
- Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily workflow
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
n
- Current Forklift (LF) Licence preferred
n
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
n
