The roster:Part-Time (Four days per week)

The location:RATIONALE Pacific Fair

n

You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail and service experiences

n

You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training

n

You will perform RATIONALE's world-class luxury facial treatments

n

Apply our professional-grade formulations with a luxury massage technique, and utilise non-invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy and ultrasound)

n

You will provide informative skin analysis, tailored skincare product and bespoke treatment plans to your clients

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- A qualification in beauty, skin or dermal therapy (desirable)
n
- Experience in a spa or clinic environment, in a similar role
n




- Delivered tailored treatment plans and retail product prescriptions
n
- Demonstrated excellent client service in a retail, or luxury environment
n
- Passion for skin science, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills
n
- Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
n
