Warehouse & Chemical Production Coordinator

Full time, permanent | Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm | No weekends

$65,000 base plus super

AutoSmart Melbourne West manufactures and supplies premium automotive cleaning, detailing and workshop products to trade customers across Melbourne's west.

n

We're looking for a hands‐on all‐rounder to run our warehouse and produce our products. It's a role you can make your own, with full training, real ownership and the chance to earn above base as you deliver.

n

What you'll do

n

Reporting to the Director, you'll run the day to day across three areas:

n

Make the product

n

n
- Batch, blend, package and label our automotive chemicals to company formulations, accurately and safely
n
- Handle and store chemicals per SDS and OH&S; requirements, keeping quality high
n

n

Run the warehouse

n

n
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and efficient
n
- Manage stock: receiving, storage, raw material and finished goods levels, ordering and accurate records
n
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders and coordinate freight
n

n

Support the team and customers

n

n
- Keep our mobile sales reps stocked and on the road, and handle urgent requests through the day
n
- Serve walk‐in trade customers, prepare invoices and process orders
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Reliable and self‐motivated, enjoys working independently and taking ownership
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
n




- Comfortable with hands‐on physical work and safe handling of chemicals
n
- Good with computers and happy to learn our systems and Xero
n
- A team player who can also back their own judgement
n

n

Highly regarded (we'll train the right person)

n

n
- Chemical manufacturing, batching or production experience
n
- Warehouse, logistics or inventory experience
n
- Forklift licence, and an MR or HR driver licence
n

n

What we offer

- Monday to Friday, so your weekends are yours
n
- $70,000 base plus a quarterly incentive rewarding results, with realistic earnings of $82,000 - $85,000
n
