We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to take charge and make a lasting impact, all while enjoying a flexible 4‐day roster (with just 2 Saturdays in 4!).

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Coaching and leading your team to success
n
- Overseeing the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the clinic
n
- Delivering personalised and expert care to patients and owners
n




- Performing consults, routine surgeries, and handling all types of animals
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering long‐term client relationships
n
- Driving business development and seeking new opportunities for growth

About You:

- You've got a minimum of 3‐5 years of experience as a Veterinarian
n
- You're passionate about leading, inspiring, and supporting your team
n
- You excel at time management, organisation, and communication
n
- You have strong customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with clients
n
- You're business‐minded and always looking for ways to drive growth and improve processes
