About the Role
n
Programmed is seeking a motivated and skilled CNC Programmer to join our client's manufacturing team in Bathurst. This is a hands‐on role that combines programming expertise with manufacturing support, working closely with production and engineering teams to optimise machining processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Design, develop and create CNC machine programs.
n
- Develop integrations between manufacturing equipment and business software.
n
- Troubleshoot software and programming issues, providing ongoing technical support.
n
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
n
- Participate in system testing, upgrades and technical documentation.
n
- Assist with machine maintenance and tooling changeovers as required.
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
n
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety at all times.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience programming CNC machinery in a manufacturing workplace.
n
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC programming principles.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
