Job Description

Veritas House is seeking a Personal Advisor on a full-time fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027 to support young people aging out of care. You will provide trauma-informed, strengths-based guidance across housing, education, employment and wellbeing, while coordinating with housing providers and community services.
