Job Description

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Shift Managers at a Delivery Station, supervising daily logistics operations, driving process improvements, and upholding safety and compliance while meeting customer promises.

This role requires early morning shifts, performance management, and the ability to proxy for the Site Lead. You will oversee staffing, forecast productivity, and partner with third-party providers to maintain smooth, cost-productive delivery.
