A growing construction company in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is looking for a motivated individual to step into the role of Trainee Site Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take on real responsibility early in their career, overseeing day-to-day site operations while receiving structured training and support to build their skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the delivery of construction projects, helping ensure they're completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
n
- Coordinate and monitor the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
n
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, and communicate progress to key stakeholders
n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
n
- Manage project documentation and administrative tasks
n
- Lead or take part in site inspections and meetings
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- A construction or engineering qualification,



or solid hands-on industry experience
n
- Some background in construction or site supervision, with a working knowledge of construction processes
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
n
- Good problem-solving instincts and sound judgement under pressure
n
- Comfort using construction project management software
n
- A safety-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
n
