We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team.

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, conference and events spaces, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while supporting the Food & Beverage leadership team.

About the Role

n

This is a full-time position with a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team during service
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
n
- Supervise restaurant, bar, breakfast and conference & event operations
n
- Assist with staff training, coaching and performance development
n
- Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
n
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
- Assist with stock control,



ordering and inventory management
n
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial and operational targets
n
- Open and close venue operations, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures
n

About You

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- A genuine passion for food, wine and customer service
n
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
n
- Experience in restaurants, bars and/or conference & events
n
- A current Victorian RSA certificate
n
- Availability to work a flexible rotating roster
n
- Full Australian working rights
