You are recruiting two Client Director roles for someone who wants real influence, real clients and a seat at the leadership table.

Our client is a highly regarded boutique advisory and accounting firm based in Sydney CBD. Renowned for delivering strategic advice to privately owned businesses, high-net-worth clients and growing enterprises, they combine the technical expertise of a large firm with the agility, accessibility and personalised service of a boutique practice.

With continued growth across their advisory divisions, they are seeking an experienced professional to join a collaborative, high-performing team where you'll enjoy direct access to Partners, exposure to complex and rewarding client work and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression to Partnership.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-quality clients, act as their trusted advisor and play a key role in growing both relationships and the broader firm. This is not a pure delivery role you'll be expected to think commercially, spot opportunities and help shape the future of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Owning and leading senior client relationships
n
- Advising business owners and executives on complex commercial matters
n
- Expanding existing client portfolios through value-led conversations
n
- Introducing new clients via referrals, networks and proactive engagement
n
- Leading and mentoring senior team members
n
- Working closely with Partners on strategy and growth initiatives
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 10+ years' experience in business advisory or professional services
n
- Currently operating at Senior Manager / Director level (or ready for that step)
n
- Robust client presence with the confidence to lead senior conversations
n
- Demonstrated exposure to business development or revenue growth
n
- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Background in a reputable mid-tier or Top 20 firm
n
