All Ash Asphalt is seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our growing asphalt crew. We specialise in commercial asphalt paving, road maintenance, car parks, footpaths, sports courts and asphalt repairs throughout Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Assist with asphalt paving and associated works

n

General laboring and site preparation

n

Raking, shoveling and hand finishing asphalt

n

Operating small plant and equipment (where qualified)

n

Maintaining a protected and tidy worksite

n

Working as part of a professional asphalt crew

n

To Be Successful You Will Have:

n

A strong work ethic and positive attitude

n

Be reliable, punctual and able to work in a team environment

n

White Card (essential)

n

Current driver's licence (MR/HR licence advantageous)

n

Previous asphalt or civil construction experience preferred,



but not essential as full on the job training provided.
