About the Role

As a Glazier with O'Brien, you'll be responsible for:

n

n
- On‐site glass installation, fixing, and glazing across commercial and residential projects – both new builds and replacements
n
- Delivering high‐quality workmanship while working as part of a supportive, growing team
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing the O'Brien brand with pride
n
- Accessing overtime, shift penalties, and incentives
n

About You

n

You'll be a excellent fit for this role if you have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent trade qualification)
n
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards AS1288 and relevant local glazing/construction regulations
n
- A commitment to safety, quality,



and delivering an excellent customer experience
n
- A friendly, approachable communication style
n
- Great attention to detail, strong time‐management, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
n
