The Hervey Bay RSL is located on the beautiful Fraser Coast. The Club is the premier entertainment venue in the region experiencing growth in Hervey Bay.

n

The Club's facilities include:- 280 gaming machines, 4 bars, TAB and Keno, billiards and pool tables, child care centre, bottleshop, 3 functions rooms, 180 seat restaurant, 160 seat deck and 100 seat cafe.

n

Bingo is played at the Club 6 days per week, and we are starting Bingo at the Clubhouse Hervey Bay in the coming weeks.

About the Role ...

n

We are looking for an experienced,



dedicated and skilled BingoAttendant who will bring their knowledge and experience to the team while continuing to develop their current skills

n

The Role

n

Ensuring the smooth operation of the Bingo events at Hervey Bay RSL Club, reporting to the Floor Managers

n

Responsibilities include:-

n

n
- Accurately recording transactions
n
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
n
- Adhering to RSA & RSG policies
n
- Selling of Bingo tickets, PETS, and raffle tickets
n
- Bingo calling and payouts
n
- Maintaining Bingo spreadsheet, and payouts in accordance with our guidelines
n
- General cleaning
n
- Maintaining clean and tidy work area
n
- Follow safe work procedures
n

n

Job requirements

n

To be considered for this role, youMUSThave relevant experience, skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry and required certificates:-

n

n
- Current RSA and RSG statement of attainments
n
- Must be eligible to gain a National Police Certificate for employment
n
- Previous Bingo operations experience - payouts and PET vaults
n
- Be a strong team member, willing to adapt to change and follow direction
n
- Awareness of HACCP Food Hygiene
n
- Team worker, pleasant vibrant personality
n
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
n

Hours of Work

n

Casual hours, Weekly roster. Must be available days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
