Are you a seasoned gardening professional with leadership skills? Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a growing, family-owned business serving strata, commercial and residential clients across Sydney. We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to help elevate our service and lead our crew.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading and supervising gardening and maintenance teams on residential, commercial and strata sites
n
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring work quality and safety standards are met
n
- Hands-on work including mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, pruning, planting and general garden maintenance
n




- Managing job site organisation and tool/equipment coordination
n
- Providing training and mentorship to junior team members
n
- Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
n

n

What we're looking for

- Significant experience in garden maintenance and landscaping
n
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
n
- A current driver's licence (essential)
n
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and safety protocols
n
- Physically fit, reliable and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
n
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
n
- Willingness to learn, adapt and uphold our company's standards
n
