About the Role: We are seeking an experienced 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator Combo Operator to join our established concreting team based in 26 Homestead Crescent, Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD. This hands‐on role involves:

Key Responsibilities

- Slab preparation
n
- Digging footings
n
- Loading trucks
n

n

Operational Responsibilities

n

n
- Operating Bobcat and Excavator machinery on our own in‐house concreting projects
n
- Working closely with our construction team to deliver quality outcomes
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Experience operating a 3.5T Bobcat/Excavator combo
n
- HR Driver Licence (essential)
n
- Experience driving an 8‐speed crash box
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
n




- Strong communication and safety awareness
n
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
n
- Must be living in Australia within easy reach of Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Understanding of working to an RL (Reduced Level)
n
- Experience using a spreader bar
n
- Applicants must be living in Australia with easy access to Kingsholme, Gold Coast QLD
