Job Description

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a highly experienced Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of dispute resolution across general liability and medical negligence claims in Australia.

You will drive early resolution strategies, manage stakeholder relationships and embed best-practice ADR approaches aligned with AFCA and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
