Chemmax Prahran Chemist is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This part-time role is based in our pharmacy located in Prahran, VIC 3181. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an integral part of our operations, providing exceptional customer service and assisting our Pharmacists with various tasks.

What you'll be doing

n

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

n

Maintaining inventory and stock levels, including ordering and restocking supplies

n

Providing information and advice to customers on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products

n

Ensuring the pharmacy adheres to all relevant regulations and guidelines

n

Collaborating with the Pharmacist and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service-oriented role in the healthcare industry

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

n





Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

n

Good organisational and multitasking skills

n

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations (desirable)

n

Relevant qualifications or certifications in pharmacy or healthcare (desirable)
