What You'll Do:

n

Assist clients with personal care, daily tasks & mobility

n

Encourage independence & community involvement

n

Collaborate on tailored care plans with families & professionals

n

Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments

n

What You Need:

n

Blue Card & Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening)

n

Cert III in Individual Support / Disability or equivalent

n

First Aid & CPR Certification

n





Driver's license & reliable vehicle

n

NDIS Orientation Module completed

n

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

n

Experience in disability support (highly desirable)

n

Experience with mobility aids & emotional/mental health support

n

Familiarity with NDIS systems

n
