Job Description

NBN Co in Newcastle is seeking a Customer Field Technician to work hands-on, carrying out installations, repairs and maintenance across copper and fibre cabling at homes and businesses.

You'll work independently, set up customer equipment, identify faults, keep customers informed, and prioritise protected work practices. A current, clean driver's licence is essential, and full training plus tools are provided.
