Customer Service Officer (Fixed Term Contract)

Power Equipment Pty Ltd is looking for a passionate, customer-focused professional to join our Spare Parts team on a fixed-term contract through to June 2027, covering a period of parental leave. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll work closely with our National Dealer Network and an experienced team to deliver outstanding service, provide timely solutions, and help ensure our customers have the parts they need to keep their businesses operating at their best.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

n

Answer high volume enquiries via phone and email

n

Processing and following up customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiries

n

Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders

n

Support Internal staff

n

Ensure complaints are resolved or escalated when required

n

Administration tasks,



including data entry order and account reconciliation

n

Additional tasks in the scope of the Spare Parts Department as required

n

To excel in this role, we are looking for the following skills

n

2 years customer service experience

n

Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment

n

Customer focused mindset

n

Friendly and qualified customer service manner

n

Strong verbal and written communication skills

n

High Attention to detail

n
