The Opportunity

We are expanding our Melbourne team and seeking a driven, client-focused Wealth Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and English. This is a highly rewarding front-line role combining relationship management, business development, and holistic financial advice in a rapid-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

As a Wealth Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

n

n
- Identify and target new channels and networks to build a strong sales pipeline
n
- Onboard new high-net-worth clients through company marketing activities and your own personal networks
n
- Convert leads and prospects into long-term clients by delivering valuable, tailored financial advice
n
- Provide full holistic wealth management advice and exceptional ongoing service
n
- Actively grow assets under management through referrals and proactive business development
n
- Collaborate with our in-house private equity,



venture capital, and private credit teams to offer exclusive investment opportunities
n

About You

n

To succeed and thrive in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, relationship management, or client-facing financial services
n
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
n
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed personal and team KPIs
n
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
n
- Warm, approachable personality and a genuine passion for working with people
n
- Existing high-net-worth client relationships or networks are highly advantageous
n
- Candidates with Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Private Credit experience (e.g., PE/VC funds, private credit teams, family offices, or investment banking) will be prioritized
n
