Our client is looking for a Junior or Assistant Property Manager who has learnt all the basics: routines, condition reports, maintenance, compliance etc... and is looking to build on their skillset and take on a portfolio. A rare opportunity to experience hands on training, from a Director who has exceptional knowledge of Property Management and will support your journey!

Here's a little more about the role...

- Virtual Assistant handles lease renewals, maintenance and other administrative duties
n
- Dedicated routines officer
n
- Training and support for escalations, VCAT and legislation queries
n
- Commissions on top for new managements!
n
- 1 day WFH following probabtion!

- Virtual Assistant handles lease renewals, maintenance and other administrative duties
n
- Dedicated routines officer
n
- Training and support for escalations, VCAT and legislation queries
n
- Commissions on top for new managements!
n
- 1 day WFH following probabtion!
n
- $70,000 plus super starting salary
n
