We're excited to be recruiting for a Job Coach following an internal promotion.
n
As a Job Coach in the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, you'll play a key role in helping participants overcome barriers and prepare for meaningful employment. You'll provide tailored, person-centred support that builds confidence, enhances employability, and connects people with sustainable job opportunities. This is an prospect to make a genuine impact by empowering people with disability, injury, or health conditions to achieve their employment goals through practical guidance, advocacy, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver individual and group-based coaching, including resume development, job applications, interview preparation, and job readiness activities that build confidence and employability.
n
- Identify and address barriers to employment, connecting participants with appropriate services, supports, and resources to achieve their goals.
n
- Develop strong relationships with employers and proactively promote participants to identify and secure meaningful employment opportunities.
n
- Manage a caseload effectively, providing consistent, personalised support throughout the employment journey.
n
- Maintain accurate records and manage complex administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
n
n
This role is based within the Calder Employment Services Area (ESA) and supports operations across our Moonee Ponds, Coburg, Broadmedows and Craigieburn sites, with outreach support to Sunbury and Mickleham.
