About the Opportunity
n
SEE Civil have an opportunity for experienced Project Managers to our busy construction teams working on infrastructure and urban development projects across the Hervey Bayregion. We have a vast range of projects currently underway and projected growth in the coming few months. These roles are full-time opportunities where you will be responsible for managing a project's programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management and supervision of all technical aspects of the project.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Responsible and accountable for the effective programming and construction methodologies of all site works.
n
- Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
n
- Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant and equipment required.
n
- Lead and support the project team through project activities and any changes to the project scope.
n
- Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and identify and develop staff within the department.
n
- Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
n
- Ensure that plant, equipment, staff and subcontractors operate within safe working conditions.
n
n
Essential Skills and Attributes
n
n
- Solid demonstrated civil engineering experience including proven management skills, practices and planning ability.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing a project and maintaining focus on priorities.
n
- Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, specifications,
n
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
n
- Knowledge of Engineering principles and experience in actual project delivery.
n
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
n
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
n
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
n
- Construction White Card.
n
n
